YAY!!! Some color from Vidya and Ash! Though I really am not a fan of Ash’s anarkali/gown at least it has some colour. Vidya looks great!
Vidya is in Sabyasachi again and Ash is in Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.
As Cannes continues we get to see more of Sonam, Vidya and Mallika.
Aishwarya and the directors of Bombay Talkies are also now in Cannes.
I have to say I am kind of getting tired of Sabyasachi. It’s summer and all I see is back/maroon/brown/gold Sabyasachi creations! First Vidya and then Aishwarya. Sonam is the only one who provided us with some summer color in her Dolce and Gabbana dress (the white one with flower print). Plus Sonam’s jewellery is to die for! Her mom is a jewellry designer so I guess that is a given (pretty much every girls dream right?!).
Here is who I think was best dressed at the Apsara Awards 2012. Sophie Chaudhary tops my list for sure. her gown is elegant and suits her so much! Dia Mirza also looks stunning. The blouse of her saree looks great on her. Kareena looked great in a white gown with red lips. Next on my list is Anushka Sharma. Though I personally would never the saree myself, the way Anushka carries it earns her a spot on the list. Lastly, the Sabyasachi muse herself, Vidya Balan looks fantastic. The saree is stunning and looking at it I cannot help but think “Aw I wish I owned that saree!”.

These awards in my opinion have been the fairest so far. Finally ZNMD gets the credit it deserves. It was a far superior film to The Dirty Picture. The only award I have a problem with is Best Supporting Actress. Don’t get me wrong, I thought Parineeti was great but I think Vidya Balan or Rani Mukerjee in No One Killed Jessica.
